Crafty Blogger: Best Friends Day Craft for Kids

Written by Dawn from Life Simply Fabulous for GummyLump.com

I asked my kids what they wanted to do for Friendship Day and they decided to make pictures of what they like to do with their best friends. They used paper, crayons, googly eyes, and stamps to make their friendship masterpieces!

Supplies:
Time Needed: 15 minutes
Prep:
For preschoolers and younger kids draw the children.
Instructions:
  • Draw the "friends" on the construction paper using crayons.
  • Glue on the googly eyes.
  • Have the kids get creative using stamps to describe their favorite ways to play with their friends.

Wyatt loves to swing with Andy and they also love to catch frogs and turtles.

Madison and Ella love to pick flowers and chase butterflies.

Brooke and Joe love to catch frogs and turtles. They also love to climb trees and catch snakes.

For Younger Children and Children with Special Needs:
Assist your child as much as needed - but allow it to be their project. You can draw the friends but let the child do the stamping.
